Delivery Time:
- Australia: Standard Shipping via AU Post from Sydney warehouse (Est. 2-7 business days depending on location)
- New Zealand: International Express via AU Post from Sydney warehouse (Est. 8-12 business days depending on location) up to 20kg. Over 20kg? Contact us for a quote
- Orders will be shipped out on the same day or the next business day, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the total weight/volumetric weight of your order.
Important Information:
- Taxes & Duties: All prices are inclusive of taxes. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery unless noted otherwise.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in Australia. Please provide a full street address.
