If you bought your rideable from e-RIDES, we offer a complimentary ‘tune-up’ up to 6 weeks after purchase.

If you are a regular micro-mobility user, or even if you have just had a few trips in the British weather, we would recommend an annual service.
Warranty Repair
If your electric rideable is within warranty, we will carry out a warranty repair as long as the warranty covers the issue. No charge taken.
Non-warranty Repair
We can source most parts and are experienced enough to handle almost any repair. Non-warranty repairs will be charged at an hourly rate.

How much will my repair cost?
We charge a standard hourly rate of £48 Inc VAT; any replacement parts will be charged on top. Most repairs can be carried out within an hour or two. If your repair is likely to take longer, we will let you know before starting work.
How much is a standard service?
A standard service at e-RIDES Repair Shop will take around 2 hours, so the cost is £96 Inc VAT plus parts. We only use the very best maintenance items, and whenever possible we will use original parts rather than white-label replacements. We will of course clean your e-rideable when it is with us, so if it is particularly dirty then it may take a bit longer than if it was factory clean.

Can I get a courtesy ride?
e-RIDES are a distributor for most of the best known EUC and E-Scooter brands, and we usually have demonstrators available for you to use whilst your own ride is with us. If you need a courtesy ride, then please mention this when you contact us so that we can make a provision for you.
Do you offer a while-you-wait service?
You are more than welcome to browse our store whilst we carry out your servicing needs in our EScooter Unicycle Bike Servicing & Repair Shop in London. Our HQ is fully stocked with e-rideables and gear, so if you are a fanatic like us there’s plenty to see! Alternatively, since our HQ is located only a short walk away from historic Greenwich, there’s plenty to see and do nearby whilst we work on your EUC, E-Scooter or E-Bike.
Is my ride worth repairing?
We will only know this once we have carried out an initial inspection. You can be happy that we will give you expert and honest advice – our aim is simple: To get you back up and rolling as soon as possible!
What types of e-rideables do you repair and service?
Whilst e-RIDES are specialists in Electric Unicycles (EUCs) and E-Scooters, our mechanics are also capable of repairing all types of e-bikes including Mountain E-Bikes, Step-Through E-Bikes, Road E-Bikes and Folding E-Bikes. In fact, if you have a problem with any type of electric rideable, just get in touch with us and we’ll try and help you out.
Can I bring my own parts for you to fit?
Of course! If you are happier to source your own parts, then let us know and bring them in with you when you visit.
